Douglas Coupland Onstage
World-renowned and award-winning Canadian artist and author Douglas Coupland will be interviewed onstage about his new visual projects, creative practices and cultural influences. This event follows Coupland’s gallery exhibition ‘Fordite: Neominerology in the Anthropocene’ opening reception the night prior. The exhibition opens on February 6 and is on until March 14 at the Daniel Faria Gallery.
Douglas Coupland has written thirteen novels, including the 1991 international bestseller Generation X: Tales for an Accelerated Culture. He is a columnist for the Financial Times in London, and since 2000, his art has been showcased and celebrated by museums and galleries across Canada and internationally.
