Phantom of the Paradise

Play Trailer

Brian De Palma’s rock musical is a wonderfully deranged tale of love and betrayal - with a killer soundtrack. The titular phantom is Winslow, a songwriter bent on revenge after his music is stolen to open a new concert venue, The Paradise. Unfolding like the legend of Faust by way of Rocky Horror, Phantom is a phantasmagoric blend of doo-wop, surf music and prog rock, whose fans include everyone from Guillermo del Toro to Daft Punk.
