From May 10th - 18th The historic Paradise Theatre presents FLURRY OF FILTH: A John Waters Retrospective- spanning 35 years of artistic output from the Pope of Trash himself. This week-long descent into celluloid atrocities is presented by Weird Alice of Drag Me to the Movies.

Beverly Sutphin (Kathleen Turner) is the mother of a picture-perfect middle class family in Baltimore, she’s sweet, nurturing, but is a strong stickler for manners. The kids know to stay on her good side, but unfortunately for her friends and neighbours they can’t keep their bad habits to themselves and wind up the victims of a killing spree.

Come learn some life lessons so you can avoid being next on the hit-list of a white woman with a bone to pick. If you’re a fan of true crime, this is absoutely the movie for you.
