People keep coming, in spite of there being no menu. The cook serves you food he thinks you need.  A daughter invites her mum for ramen to explain why she wants an arranged marriage. A widow comes in for a drink before she goes on her first solo vacation. Friendship and hope are served-up daily at a magical hole in the wall in Toronto’s favourite neighbourhood.
