Welcome to Sunday Noir! Four films by four women, the first three Sundays of February. This special screening series showcases a collective and creative insightfulness, by rising and established directors, whose focused passion and vision knows no bounds. Curated by Incongruent Media Creative Director, Nicky Lawrence, Sunday Noir explores innovative, exciting, deeply moving, cultural, narratives through each directors specific lens. Chosen with care by Nicky Lawrence each film has inspired a generation of women to pick up a camera and take action to tell their stories. Rarely on the big screen do we get to see such grace and charm from a certain perspective, yet with this series and these remarkable women the landscape shifts, creating space for a new kind of future.
