License
This ticket is a revocable license issued to the buyer and/or bearer (”Holder”) to attend the event named on the front of the ticket. By using this ticket, the Holder accepts and is responsible for complying with such terms along with all rules and standards of conduct posted in or about the Paradise Theatre (“Venue”). Any violation of this license will give the Venue the right to seize the ticket, cancel any associated ticket account and/or refuse admission to or eject the Holder from revoked without refund for noncompliance with terms.
This ticket permits the Holder to enter the publicly accessible areas of Venue at times determined by the Venue, including for an event identified on the ticket and, if applicable, sit in the seat location identified on the ticket. This ticket must be produced upon entry to Venue and upon request anytime thereafter to confirm its validity and the Holder’s right to access Venue and/or its seating/suite areas. No re-entry into Venue will be permitted without a valid ticket.
Young children may be seated in a parents’ lap only if they have a ticket and an assigned seat beside that occupied by the parent. Depending on the nature of the event, children under the age of two (2) may not be admitted in the Venue’s sole discretion. A ticket-holder must ensure that the holder and any minors or others for whom the holder is responsible conduct themselves appropriately and in a manner which is not determined by the Venue or its representatives to be objectionable or disturbing to other patrons.
The Venue operates in a residential community; please ensure your conduct is respectful of the surroundings.
Restrictions
Unlawful sale or attempted sale of this ticket is prohibited. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen, or counterfeit and if so are void. This ticket may not be resold for an amount in excess of the face value of the ticket without the written consent of issuer. Maximum resale restrictions may apply.
This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion or other trade purposes without the written consent of issuer. Applicable taxes are included.
No food products from outside the Venue, alcohol, illegal drugs, contraband, fireworks, chemicals, noisemakers, bottles, cans, weapons, overly-large bags, knapsacks, containers and briefcases, or recording or transmitting devices of any kind will be permitted into Venue. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a holder may bring a childcare bag if the Holder is accompanied by an infant (including baby food, milk/formula, etc). By seeking entry to Venue, the Holder consents to a search of his/her person and belongings by the Venue. The Venue reserves the right to change this security policy without notice. The Holder agrees not to use language or engage in conduct that is abusive, illegal or objectionable or might otherwise interfere with the event or any ancillary activities or with the reasonable enjoyment of others, and hereby agrees to follow the Venue’s Code of Conduct [Link].
The Holder acknowledges that damages may not be an adequate remedy for breach of this licence and consents to injunctive or other relief which may be sought to enforce same.
Changes
EVENT DATE, TIME AND DETAILS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. In the event does not take place as set forth on the face of this ticket, the ticket may be exchanged for same price ticket for either: (a) rescheduled event, if any; or, if applicable, (b) any similar event within 12 months of original event, if available.
Value
Complimentary tickets are not exchangeable or redeemable for any benefit that is offered to tickets with a dollar value. No part of the purchase price will be refunded by reason of the failure to use the ticket as stated. The purchase of or presentation of this ticket does not guarantee holder will receive a promotional item.
Disclaimer by Venue, Release by Covenants of Holder
Holder assumes all risks occurring on the premises of the Venue, including injury by any cause, and releases the Venue, its customers, purchasers, independent contractors, licensees, exhibitors, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, successors and assigns, their directors, employees, agents, representatives, from any related claims. Take care of your ticket, as it can’t be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed, and is valid only for event and seat printed on ticket. BY ATTENDING THIS EVENT, HOLDER (ON BEHALF OF HOLDER AND ANY MINOR ACCOMPANYING HOLDER) IS DEEMED TO HAVE GIVEN A FULL RELEASE OF LIABILITY TO THE RELEASED PARTIES. IF HOLDER DOES NOT WISH TO OR IS NOT AUTHORIZED TO GRANT ALL THE RIGHTS, RELEASES AND WAIVERS SET FORTH IN THIS TICKET ON BEHALF OF ANY ACCOMPANIED MINOR(S), HOLDER SHOULD IMMEDIATELY ACCOMPANY THE MINOR(S) OUT OF THE VENUE.
If you consume alcohol or cannabis at the Venue, please act responsibly. Do not drive. For a safe ride home, dial Beck Taxi at (416) 751-5555 on your cell phone or ask a Venue employee for assistance asking for a taxi ride.
The issuer is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by unauthorized duplication. In the event that duplicate copies appear, the issuer or Venue reserves the right to refuse entry to all ticket holders and may credit the original purchaser the face value (if any), which will constitute full remuneration. The event date and time is subject to change without notice.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the marked start of the event. All events begin promptly as scheduled, and there are no refunds for latecomers. For live performances, latecomers will be admitted only at a suitable break in the performance, if applicable, and seating location will be at the discretion of the management. If you are late, it may not be possible to seat you until an intermission; if the production has no intermission, you may not be admitted at all. Due to the nature of live performance, the Venue does not warrant that the ticket-holder will be satisfied with the performance or screening, or that it will be free of technical difficulties.
The Holder agrees that: (a) he or she will not transmit or aid in transmitting any information about the event to which this ticket grants admission including, but not limited to, any account, description, picture, video, audio, reproduction or other information concerning the event (collectively, the “Event Information”); (b) the Venue is the exclusive owner or licensee under copyright of all copyrights and other proprietary rights in the event and the Event Information; and (c) the Venue, its partners and designees, and each of their respective past, present and future affiliates, agents, officers, employees and owners (collectively, the “Authorized Entities”) will have the unrestricted right and license to use Holder’s image, likeness, name, and/or voice, and/or those of any minor accompanying Holder, in any live or recorded broadcast, telecast, photograph, video, audio sound, audiovisual and/or other recording taken in connection with the event or other transmission, distribution, public performance, or reproduction in whole or in part of the event, for all purposes, worldwide, in perpetuity, and in any and all media now or hereafter known, without compensation. The rights granted herein to the Authorized Entities are assignable.
WARNING: PLEASE STAY ALERT AND BE AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS. IF YOU ARE CONCERNED WITH YOUR SEAT LOCATION PLEASE CONTACT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE FOR AN ALTERNATE SEAT LOCATION, SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. By using this ticket, by attending or observing the event, or by attending, observing or participating in any attractions offered in connection with the event, the Holder, on behalf of himself/herself and any minor(s) accompanying the Holder, voluntarily assumes all risks and danger of any injury or other loss incidental to the event, all associated activities and/or his/her attendance at Venue (including the negligence or misconduct of other attendees).
The Holder releases the Venue its partners, licensors, performers and the affiliates, officers, agents and employees of each (the “Releasees”) from any and all liability, regardless of whether such injury or loss occurs before, during or after the event and whether such injury or loss is caused by any person’s negligence or otherwise.
EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAWS, ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THESE TERMS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, HOLDER’S ATTENDANCE AT THE EVENT, SHALL BE SETTLED BY MANDATORY, CONFIDENTIAL, FINAL, AND BINDING ARBITRATION UNDER THE ARBITRATIONS ACT (ONTARIO) BY A SINGLE ARBITRATOR MUTUALLY AGREED UPON BY THE HOLDER AND THE RELEASEES. THE PLACE OF ARBITRATION SHALL BE TORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA. EXCEPT AS MAY BE REQUIRED BY LAW, NEITHER A PARTY NOR AN ARBITRATOR MAY DISCLOSE THE EXISTENCE, CONTENT, OR RESULTS OF ANY ARBITRATION HEREUNDER WITHOUT THE PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF ALL PARTIES. NEITHER THE HOLDER NOR THE RELEASEES SHALL BE ENTITLED TO JOIN OR CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS IN ARBITRATION BY OR AGAINST OTHER INDIVIDUALS OR ENTITIES, OR ARBITRATE AS A REPRESENTATIVE MEMBER OF A PUTATIVE CLASS OR IN A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL CAPACITY. THE ARBITRATOR SHALL HAVE THE POWER TO AWARD ANY REMEDIES AVAILABLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. ANY AWARD AND ANY JUDGMENT CONFIRMING IT ONLY APPLIES TO THE ARBITRATION IN WHICH IT WAS AWARDED AND CANNOT BE USED IN ANY OTHER CASE EXCEPT TO ENFORCE THE AWARD ITSELF.
Online Ticket Sales
You must show a printed or mobile ticket at the door upon entry. The Venue is under no obligation to confirm your purchase absent a ticket.
General Seating: Is on a first come, first served basis. Please arrive early for best seat selection.
Reserved Seating: If the ticket(s) you have purchased are for reserved seating, the Row and Seat Number will appear on each ticket.
Charges for this transaction will appear on your credit card or bank statement from Paradise Theatre [NTD: Confirm]. All sales are final, including Interac purchases. We are not able to offer refunds or exchanges.

Paradise Theatre Entertainment Corp. and all Paradise Theatre Entertainment Corp. entities including but not limited to Osteria Rialto, Bar Biltmore and Paradise Theatre takes steps to protect your privacy and personal information, and this Privacy Policy describes our practices. Personal information is information about an identifiable individual (“Personal Information”) including, without limitation, such information as a name, address, birth date, personal contact information, images and/or recordings of your likeness and/or voice and other information, set forth below.
This Privacy Policy applies to Paradise Theatre Entertainment Corp. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and related entities (collectively, “Paradise” or “our”, “we”, or “us”).

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you about how we collect, use, disclose and protect Personal Information. This Privacy Policy applies to the collection, use, disclosure and protection of your Personal Information by Paradise.

Personal Information We Collect
Paradise and its employees, agents, contractors, service providers, partners and representatives may collect the following Personal Information:
• Contact Information (e.g. name, home address, home or mobile telephone number or e-mail address);
• Credit or Debit Card Information, including card number, expiry date and 3 digit CVS code (e.g. when purchasing theatre tickets or other products or services);
• Information relevant to a service you request (e.g. the age and gender of a child or other person where you request our birthday party services, or the Personal Information of guests who might accompany you to an event);
• Survey Responses (e.g. when you provide your name or other contact information in order to take advantage of various benefits for participating in a survey, or when you consent to us contacting you about your comments);
• Preferences and other Personal Information provided by you (e.g. favourite movie genres, movie reviews, and comments);
• Job Applications (e.g. information you provide to us when applying for an employment opportunity: (i) by sending us a resume; (ii) by submitting a job application on our Website, or the website of an authorized third party service provider).
Use of Personal Information
We collect and use Personal Information for a number of purposes:
• Purchases made by you: Personal contact and credit/debit card information will be used by Paradise to process your purchases and reservations with us. For event bookings, certain additional information be required. In these cases, credit/debit card information is only used for the purposes required to process and complete the transaction and/or service requested by you, and is only retained in transaction records required for internal management and auditing purposes or as otherwise required by law, unless you are informed otherwise or you provide your consent.
• Administration: Your name, address and telephone number will be stored by us should you provide such information when you use our lost-and-found services. Also, your name, address and telephone number may be collected and used by Paradise for audit and refund verification purposes when you request a ticket refund. We may require identification to be provided to establish a person’s age for age-restricted movies, events or activities (such as virtual reality games), age restricted ticket purchases or access to our cinemas, or the purchase of alcohol.
• Video Surveillance: Paradise monitors its premises, electronically and otherwise, for security purposes, to which you implicitly consent when you visit our theatre. In the event of accident or theft, Paradise may collect, use and disclose information related to the incident or theft as required for operational, insurance, legal or other necessary purposes.
• Contests/Benefits: Paradise runs contests in our theatre and/or with our various business partners. We may request your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and we may also require proof of age for the purposes of determining eligibility. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable contest rules, or if you provide your consent, your Personal Information will only be used for prize notification and fulfilment and related purposes in connection with the contest. Contact information may be required to administer other benefits our visitors and /or guests have requested or accepted.
• Surveys: Your participation in such surveys or market research is entirely voluntary and, in some cases, you may be able to participate anonymously. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number and/or other Personal Information may be required: (1) to permit you to enjoy bonuses or benefits which may be available to survey or market research participants (in which case your contact information will only be used for notification or fulfillment purposes); or (2) where you have provided your express consent to us contacting you to discuss comments that you made during our surveys and/or market research. Except as described in this Privacy Policy, survey and/or research responses are only used by Paradise on an aggregate basis.
• Other Uses: We may also use Personal Information, where necessary, for:
o establishing, maintaining and/or fulfilling relationships with our business partners, third-party vendors of products and/or services, as well as our corporate and business customers;
o evaluating job applications or resumes which are sent to us, as further described in the Job Application section below;
o conducting operating, administering and otherwise managing our business, to satisfy legal, regulatory, security, audit, financial and processing requirements, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.
Disclosure of Personal Information
Personal Information collected by Paradise is not disclosed to other parties, except as follows:
• We may share your Personal Information with outside parties who sponsor or otherwise participate in sweepstakes or other promotions, whether on our Website or otherwise. However, we will not share your Personal Information with these parties except with your express consent and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
• Paradise may contract with third parties, such as other companies, individuals, contractors, and/or other entities, without limitation, to perform certain technical functions on our behalf. For instance, we may use such third parties to host message boards, user forums or webpages, to develop and operate software applications and create and maintain databases, or send and receive communications on our behalf. Your Personal Information may be disclosed to such third party companies, individuals, contractors and/or other entities, without limitation, in the ordinary course of our business operations.
• All Paradise employees, agents, contractors, service providers, partners and representatives who have access to your Personal Information are required to protect the information in a manner that is consistent with this and any other Paradise Privacy Policy, other policy and/or procedure, in effect from time to time.
• Your Personal Information may be disclosed to our parent, subsidiary, affiliated and/or related corporations or entities, or to their employees, agents, contractors, representatives, servants, legal counsel and/or accountants without limitation, for operational, management and administrative purposes, as well as internal audit, legal, regulatory, security, insurance, financial, processing and other purposes, or as otherwise permitted or required by law. Paradise may also disclose Personal Information as necessary to meet legal, audit, regulatory, insurance, security or other requirements. Please note that the online purchase of theatre tickets through third party websites or services may be governed by terms and conditions and privacy practices as set by such third party website or service. Third party websites and services are not within the scope of this Privacy Policy and Paradise expressly disclaims any liability, obligation or responsibility whatsoever for the content or use of such third party websites or services.
We use information which you provide to us on the Website to facilitate your registration, to understand the identity of our guests and the nature of their preferences, to improve the content of the Website, to customize the content and/or layout of our webpages for each visitor based on the information provided to us, to send you periodic newsletters and mailings that you request, to process your purchases and to conduct surveys, polls and contests. By applying for a job with us, you hereby authorize Paradise to thoroughly investigate your background, references, employment record and other matters related to your suitability for employment. You further authorize persons, schools, my current employer (if applicable), and previous employers and organizations contacted by Paradise to provide any relevant information regarding my current and/or previous employment and thereby release all persons, schools, employers of any and all claims for providing such information. You understand that you may be required to sign a confidentiality and/or non-competition agreement should you become an employee of Paradise. You understand that nothing contained in your job application, or conveyed during any interview which may be granted, is intended to create an employment contract. You understand that submitting a job application does not indicate there is a position open and does not obligate Paradise to hire you.
Consent
Consent to the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information may be given in various ways. Consent may be express (e.g. orally, electronically or on a form you may sign describing the intended uses and disclosures of Personal Information) or implied (e.g. when you provide information necessary for a service you have requested (such as providing us with your name, phone number and/or email for use by our lost and found services), or in some circumstances where notice has been provided to you about our intentions with respect to your Personal Information and you have not withdrawn your consent for an identified purpose, such as by using an “opt-out” option. Paradise and its employees, agents, contractors, legal, accounting or other service providers, partners, representatives and mandataries who require access to your Personal Information in order to fulfill their job requirements will have access to your Personal Information. Transfer of Information
Paradise’s websites are operated on equipment located in Canada. If you are located outside Canada, please be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to Canada. By visiting the Website, purchasing our products or services, participating in our online community and/or providing us with your Personal Information, you consent to this transfer.
