On Friday, December 5th, Inside Out is back to celebrate the season with our most beloved annual tradition, the December screening of A Christmas ‘Carol’.
If you missed it in previous years it’s not totally what it sounds like (our version has less Dickens). It’s a holiday screening of Todd Haynes’ lesbian road movie, Carol! Taking place on December 5, 2025 at Paradise Theatre. Doors open at 6:00PM and screening begins at 7:00PM. The rate’s attractive as it is a totally free screening for all!

Carol is a film that likely needs no introduction but in case you somehow missed it let us break it down: Cate Blanchett. Rooney Mara. Sarah Paulson. Holiday shopping. Flung out of space. Creamed spinach and poached eggs. Waterloo, Iowa. Six Academy Award nominations. Oh, and also Kyle Chandler (if that helps tip anyone over the edge). Whether seeing it for the first time or seeing it again, it’s the best gift you will give or receive this holiday season.
